Cambridge University - P Britain on View

The glorious university town of Cambridge lies at the heart of the fens – flat, open land that used to be under water and is ideal for cycling. Views of the colleges can be enjoyed from a punt along the River Cam and there is a delightful walk along its banks to Grantchester. Ely is most famous for its impressive cathedral, which dominates the landscape, and there are a number of pretty, historical towns in the environs such as Saffron Walden with the nearby opulent Audley End House.
