Leeds Travel Guide

Leeds has come a long way since the days when it was the main commercial centre for the Yorkshire cloth trade. Today it is the country’s second most important financial centre, which probably explains why it was the first city, outside of the capital, luxury store Harvey Nichols chose to open a branch in. Designer shops, and trendy bars are now very much part of the Leeds’ experience. For those in search of something a little more highbrow, there is a great selection of theatres, museums and galleries.
