St. Osyth Beach Holiday Village 

We payed £510.00 for luxury caravan and lovely holiday, but it was a holiday from hell....young teenagers pestering you to buy them alcohol! Police and ambulances turning up in middle of night due to couple having a domestic. No security on site! Felt totally unsafe. Reported how we felt to reception and they didn't want to know, even wrote letter when i got home to the management but they didn't even reply......don't bother staying here!

The park is ok but dont expect any help from the staff on reception they're not interested in any problems only your credit card number if you dont mind false smiles and you don't have any probs you'll be ok but do not expect a clean caravan.

I stayed in the newest ones and the cleaners if you can call them that must of looked in only the work tops were dirty the bin was a no go area and the a couple of the beds had dead insects not to mention the tv only had 2 chanels apparently they didn't come with remote controls.

I didn't think that was possible in 2006! anyway that said the area is quite pleasant and so is the park shame about the staff though.
