  • Car Parking - There is a long stay NCP car park attached to the Victoria Place Shopping Centre (platforms 13 and 14); 3 blue badge spaces at Hudson Place entrance, 5 in the NCP.
  • Telephones - Payphones can be found on the main concourse and by exits
  • Toilets, showers and baby changing - located on the main concourse (20p charge)
  • Bureau de Change - on both councourses
  • ATM/ Cash machines -on both councourses
  • Photo booths - located throughout station concourse
  • Bicycles - bicycle storage racks on platforms 7/8, 11/12 and 17/18
  • Left luggage - on platforms 7 and 8. Open 07:00 - 00:00 (small charge)
  • Lost Property -near the entrance to platforms 7 and 8; open between 09.00 and 17.15 Monday to Friday
