Carefree London Tours conduct the London Walks – City of Westminster Tour, which gives visitors the opportunity to see all of London’s major historical landmarks, parks and shops and learn about the history of the UK’s capital city.
The tour leaves Westminster Tube Station at 09.00 and the first stop is the Westminster bridge, where you can take photos of the London Eye observatory wheel, the Pier and Bodicea.
A leisurely stroll will take you past Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Victoria Tower, Westminster Hall, the Jewel House, Chapter House, Henry VII Chapel and the Cloisters of Westminster Abbey, Westminster School, Methodist Central Hall, Middlesex Guildhall.
You will take a welcome pub stop after Passing Scotland Yard, Caxton Hall and Army and Navy, where you can sample some traditional British dishes. The tour continues to Buckingham Palace for the Changing of The Guard (weather permitting) and then onto the royal parks St. James's, Green and Hyde Park Corner and concludes near Harrods.
