Bounds Green is an area in the northeast of London; it is in the London Borough of Haringey. Some parts of Bounds Green are also known as New Southgate, which is a residential suburb in the southeast corner of the London Borough of Barnet.
Bounds Green was originally a popular overnight stopover for travellers; it's located on the then outskirts of London, just short of the tollgate at Turnpike Lane.
