London Waterloo is the UK's largest train station covering nearly 25 acres. It serves the South-West of England. Waterloo International is the main station for Eurostar trains to mainland Europe.

Getting to and from London Waterloo

  • By Bus - Bus stops on Cab Road (inter-stations bus), which is wheelchair accessible and Waterloo Road (by exit 2).
  • By Underground - Waterloo is on the Bakerloo, Northern, Jubilee and Waterloo and City lines. Access via lift and/or escalators.
  • By Taxi - Pick up and set down point for taxis Station Reception on Cab Road.
  • By Car - Pick-up and set down point outside Station Reception on Cab Road.
  • Car Parking - There is a long stay NCP car park next to the station.
  • From Waterloo East - between exits 3 and 4.
  • Facilities
  • Telephones - Payphones can be found at the end of each concourse
  • Toilets and baby changing - located opposite platforms 17 – 19 (20p charge)
  • Bureau de Change - platforms 11 and 12 and at exit 5
  • ATM/ Cash machines - located throughout station concourse
  • Photo booths - located throughout station concourse
  • Bicycles - bicycle storage racks on Cab Road and halfway down platforms 5 – 6, 11 – 12, 13 – 14 and 19
  • Left luggage - between platforms 11 and 12. Open 07:00 - 23:00 Mon to Sun (small charge)
  • Lost Property - in Lower Road, down the escalators or lift opposite platforms 4 and 5 (Exit 2), turn right, and turn right again. Open Monday to Friday 07.30 to 19.00. Telephone (13.00 to 16.00): +44 (0) 20 7401 7861
  • Waterloo International & Eurostar services
  • Waterloo International Terminal is accessible from the main concourse of Waterloo Station, next to platform 19.
