I booked a minibus on behalf of my club to take us out on a day excursion upon arrival a member of our group got a phone call saying his daughter had been knocked down by a car, the minibus driver drove him 60 miles to the hospital waited for two hours and drove him to rejoin the group. The company refused payment for this, we have used them thre times since without problems from us or them, great reliable and sensibly priced company.
