| Stansted Airport is the UK base for many low cost airlines. The growth of no frills flights & cheap tickets between London & Europe made Stanstead the fastest growing airport of 2002. Scheduled & charter flights serve most of Europes top airports. Stansted is relatively easy to travel to & from. Located 35 miles north east of London close to the M11 & M25 London Circular although both roads get very congested. The airport has an integrated rail station, coach & public transport services any of which can be a faster option for travel to central London than driving. |
