The Luton International Carnival is Luton's biggest street party and will return for another year of fantastic celebrations in 2007.
The carnival was first started in Luton in 1976 and has continued to develop and evolve when in 1998 Luton Carnival acquired international status and received the largest single lottery award for carnival development.
The Luton International Carnival includes the cultures and communities of Luton, whilst continuing to develop and evolve into the most glittering spectacular and colourful event in the calendar.
