Stripes Dance and Aerobics 

Stripes Dance and Aerobics is located at Shephalbury Sports Academy, which is in Stevenage. Experienced and professional teachers who have a passion for dance run all classes to a very high standard, making them exciting and fun for everyone.

• The dance school offers fantastic classes aimed to improve your confidence and to learn or improve your dance/aerobic skills. The classes include basic and advanced aerobics, fat buster class, salsa, hip hop/street jazz, twinkle toes for 3-5 year olds, ballet, yoga and musical theatre.
