Cotswold House is situated in the leafy suburb of North Oxford, almost two miles from the city centre. The area is home for many who are involved in the academic and business life of Oxford University.

The stone house has been built and furnished to a standard rarely found today. All rooms have en-suite facilities, colour television, fridge, hair dryers, tea, coffee and biscuits. The attention to detail and guest comfort have been rewarded by top ratings in the leading hotel/guest house guides.

This seven room stone inn is highly recommended by many locals and frequent visitors to Oxford. Cotswold House is very reasonably priced and offers guests a very homey atmosphere, complete with flower-filled hanging baskets and a relaxing lounge ideal for afternoon snoozing.

  • Hosts Jim and Jane O'Kane add to the cosiness with their superb breakfasts (traditional or a wholesome vegetarian with fresh fruit and home made muesli) and charming demeanours.
