Killingworth Castle Inn is located on the edge of the picturesque village of Wootton, only two miles from Woodstock. This makes Killingworth Castle Inn the ideal base from which to visit the wondrous natural beauty of the Cotswolds.
Built in 1637, the inn was once used as a coaching inn on the Worcester to London Road. Today, the inn has retained much of the character and history of the original building, and in the main bar there are beamed ceilings and two stone fireplaces.

The inn features award-winning ales and there are classic pub games to be enjoyed such as darts and billiards. There is an extensive menu that ranges from light snacks to three course meals and even includes a selection of vegetarian dishes.
