A sweet and unpretentious country inn with surprisingly good value rooms. We had a lovely Sunday lunch and it was a rather sophisticated gastro-pub menu with some real brasserie favourites.
It is very near the Cotswold Wildlife Park and makes for the perfect bed and breakfast base for exploring cotswold walks in the area.

I visited The Five Alls recently with my wife and two children (14 & 17) and was fairly disappointed with the experience. A friend from nearby Lechlade said they'd had a fantastic meal there this summer so I was hoping for the same. First of all the owner / manager was busy talking to his mates at the bar and didn't notice us waiting to be seated for a good few minutes. Then when he did show us to a table, he directed most of his questions to my eldest daughter's cleavage. The menu was different to what we'd been expecting, my friend told me to have the rack of lamb but this was no longer available. Out of the four mains we ordered, one was the wrong order, one was burnt, one came on such a cold plate the food was lukewarm within minutes and the other was just bland.
