Bromley is a large town in the London Borough of Bromley, England. It is situated 9.3 miles south east of London Charing Cross.

If you prefer shopping or swimming, reading or rambling, Bromley has something for you. The town has a large shopping and retail area including a great High Street and 'The Glades' fantastic shopping centre. It is one of ten major metropolitan centres identified in the London Plan.

You can pay a visit to the famous Charles Darwin's house 'Down House', where you can explore the surroundings where he worked and experience the calm, peacful atmosphere that inspired him.

With thirty-five square miles of beautiful countryside, picturesque parks and woodlands to explore Bromley is a great place to unwind and forget about the manic city of London, just down the road.
