The Mill Barn 

Nine nights in this property was eight nights too many, but unfortunately, due to logistical circumstances we were unable to make a switch. The property is located in an idyllic spot on the Nene River. However, this only leads to deception. An extended stay reveals inadequate housekeeping (dust, grit, cobwebs), stale cigarette smoke permeates your clothing (still smelly after the long trip home), slugs crawling in the bathroom at night, black mould growing under the last towel in the linen basket, a proprietor that hits you up for extra nights rent than what you have booked, and the property generally cluttered and not well maintained.
