Truly excellent. I have been to this resturant on a number of occasions. The food has always been excellent. There is a good choice of food on the menu to cater for everyone. If not they will accomodate for a particular need. The staff are very friendy. Nice environment. Great place to go if you want a romantic meal or if you want to go for a night out with friends. Went to one of their themed nights 'belly dancing', what a laugh, we even gave belly dancing a go. I think the comment made by the person who said this restaurant is dated may find that their comment is now dated as the last time I went four weeks ago it has had a bit of a face lift and seems fine to me. Would I go again, definatley!!! Would I reccomend, I already have.

We were disappointed when we visited Robbies. The decor was very dated very much stuck in the 80's. I had duck and asked for it to be pink in the middle. The owner said I could have it cooked any way I wished. The duck was frazzled all the way through and couldn't be eaten. When I complained he did apoligise and offered to cook me another but it was too late. My husband had lamb which covered half of the plate but half of it was a huge bone. The plates were overcrowded too many flavours going on. We didn't stay for puddings. The owner didn't even say goodbye when we left. We wouldn't go back.
