Holivans is great if you are looking for somewhere to stay without the slot machines, swimming pools etc. It has a nice lawned area at the front of the site, where children can play ball games, as this is not allowed around the caravans for safety reasons. The Wild Geese near the site entrance can be a nuisance at times, but even they are nice for children and adults to experience if they have never seen wild geese before. Great as a base if you want to explore and enjoy Mablethorpe and the surounding areas of Lincolnshire. Only problem is public transport finishes far to early and Taxi's can prove expensive as a holiday maker. Fab beach just across the road and locals are friendly. The town has Arcades, gift shops and supermarkets, There is also plenty of family night life. The Dunes Theatre has always shown a welcome to family entertainment.Enjoy your stay as we have for many years now.We went on holiday there for years before we owned our own caravan and now we look forward each year to the start of a new season.
