After 6 weeks in Germany and 10 days in Britain we did not expect to have to work so hard to find reasonably priced accommodation in Lincoln. We eventually stumbled onto The Hamiltons Hotel. My wife, three children and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms had all the facilties necessary for a comfortable stay and the showers worked well. Storage areas were good. Breakfast was excellent and we had a choice of cooked items and uncooked items. We were given quite a bit of choice. Especially impressive were the clean, airy rooms with large windows allowing some respite from the hot weather. The bar was excellent and 'mine host' spent a reasonable amount of time with us, helping us to feel very comfortable. We had plenty of information about the district and Lincoln. We would stay again at the Hamiltons.
