The Budo Foundation 

The Budo Foundation is an academy of martial arts that has strong Japanese roots, but has incorporated then for today's modern, and sadly at times, violent society.

• The club offers training that will develop both an inner and outer confidence and you will grow in strength both physically and mentally.

Training session are in the form of one to one tuition or small classes, depending on your individual learning style. They have venues in the Cheltenham area and across Gloucestershire, including Stroud and the Forest of Dean. The Budo Foundation also have dedicated instructors in the Swindon and London area.

Awards

Head of the Academy has over 27 years experience in the field of self defence and martial arts. Holds a City & Guilds teaching qualification for Adult learners.
