The friendly crews of canal boats 'Europe' and 'Dragonfly' run public guided canal tours regularly from the canal side souvenir shop in Gas Street Basin at the heart of Birmingham's Convention Quarter. A canal boat trip or canal cruise is an ideal starting point to explore Birmingham City Centre's past, present and future heritage.
Tours include scenic and heritage-based waterborne tours of Birmingham city centre; day trips to Cadbury World and Black Country Museum; or perhaps a dining trip that combine a boat trip with a visit to the nearby National Sea Life Centre. Large or small groups are welcome and there are great live commentaries as you cruise.
