Karate lessons are taught on a Monday and Wednesday nights, juniors 6.00-7.00pm, adults 7.15-8.45pm. We aslo offer ladies only kickboxing classes taught by a femele instructor on Tuesday evenings from 6pm. A mixed martial arts class is taught on Fridays from 6.30pm.
