Chapters Hotel 

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the last 18 months and can't believe the service gets even better every time. This quaint hotel in the middles of the market place can only be described as truly charming. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and tastefully decorated. The menu is exceptional with a varied selection. The best feature of the hotel is the staff in particular the waiter Chris who I must say is on the ball with recommending wines and giving suggestions and he has a way of timing the different courses just right. The dinner, room and breakfast rate is fantastic value and wine is chilled in the room prior to arrival. All in all very happy with this hotel!
