Golden Square Caravan & Camping Park is a family-owned park with high standards of service and facilities. The park nestles among the Hambleton Hills, in a warm and sheltered site, just 2 miles from the market town of Helmsley.
The park is laid out on three different levels, screened by trees, with a panoramic view towards the North York Moors. In the David Bellamy Conservation Awards, the park won a gold award. There are indoor and outdoor play areas, and the park is particularly recommended for family holidays. There are nearby countryside walks and an excellent swimming pool at Ampleforth. Dogs are welcome and there is a dog-exercise field.
There are a number of “De-Luxe” All-service Pitches. The sites are provided with electricity, fresh water, connections for waste water and chemical waste, TV, hard standing and a grass patio with picnic tables. Seasonal pitches and a storage compound are available.
