Family run Bed and Breakfast with 3 guest rooms. Kendal is the gateway to the lakes and Balcony House provides an excelent base for north/south exploring. We offer clean comfortable rooms with all the mod coms including TV/DVD Hairdryer, Tea/coffee etc. Prices includes a full English breakfast with all the trimmings or special diets/vegetarian option can be arranged. We have en-suite rooms or private facilities. Off street parking is available directly in front of the house.
Cancellation policy. We requre 48 hours notification of cancellation otherwise full payment will be requested unless the room is re-let. A booking is a contract and as such we reccommend you take holiday insurance.
