The Moorings 

The Moorings cottage if situated at Waterhead Bay in the popular town of Ambleside, just 70 yards from the beautiful Lake Windermere.

The cottage contains a spacious living room with comfy sofas, dining table, CD player and TV with video. There is a fully equipped kitchen alongside a double bedroom, shower room and separate toilet. The cottage also hosts a small-enclosed patio with garden furniture providing an ideal place to relax in the summer.

• The Moorings cottage comes complete with a 2-person rowing boat, where guests can can explore the lake. The local town of Ambleside hosts a range of shops, restaurants, museums and galleries, and also has several walking trails leading visitors to the picturesque surrounding fells.
