Charles Dickens Hotel 

Although the staff were very friendly and helpful, the accomodation left alot to be desired. Double room only had one coffee cup and two saucers, which were still dirty from previous occcupant use. The carpets were dirty and unhoovered. The window didn't close properly which meant it was quite cold. On a positive note... the towels and bedding were clean. The room really made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. It seems such a shame that such enthusiastic and nice staff should work in such a dirty, unpleasant environment.
