Manchester Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy is run by Steve Campbell who has a black belt and spent 7 years training with the Gracie family in Brazil.
Jiu Jitsu is excellent for fitness and self-defence, and the academy provides a safe and friendly environment, with a selection of classes to choose from.
No previous experience is required as the system is adapted to the student's personal capabilities.
