I visit the Gym more or less every weekend and attend numerous parties with my kids here.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the kids love the place.
Disagree with the previous comments as a regular visitor feel better placed to judge.
Only criticism would be a little expensive overall.
I have been to the Jungle a few times now and my two and a half year old son loves it. I have to go on some of the equipment myself but if you are an average height adult there is no problem about going in (apart from maybe on the tunnel slide!!) You have to be prepared to crawl around on your hands and knees but it is well worth it to see how much my son enjoyed himself!

I went to a party my 5 yar old was invited to. Although the staff were nice and helpful I found the play equipment dirty as it left my daughters dress covered in grime. I also witnessed a child who was scared and stuck in the equipment. It is too small for adults to get into and therefore noone could help the child.
I would not recommend this to any child under 6
