Portrush is busy year-round with surfers coming to check out one of Ireland’s top surf spots. In the summer, it’s a bustling seaside resort town, a playground for young, old and families alike.

The beach is golden sandy stretch reaching over a mile to the picturesque chalk cliffs that are White Rock. Family entertainment centres, water parks, outdoor activities centres and a nightclub that draws DJs from around the United Kingdom; Portrush has something for everyone.

  • Be brave and walk across the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge which is at the end of the coastal walk, it is a 30m deep and 20m wide chasm to the tiny Carrick Island, it was used for fisherman to cross and fish for salmon on the Island.
