This museum is housed in a former Londonderry Port & Harbour Commissioners offices built in 1882.
It is designed as a traditional style museum dealing mainly with the city's maritime heritage. It also contains a range of miscellaneous artefacts and hosts temporary exhibitions. Replica of 30 ft curragh in which St. Columba sailed to Iona in 563 AD. More details
