The museum tells the story of the Clearances of Strathnaver described on the walls by the local school children. The museum has a wide range of exhibits ranging from a Neolithic cist and pot dating back to approximately 1800BC to a plastic replica dogskin fishing buoy. In between are ancient carved stones including the Farr Stone (8th century), Pictish stone, situated to the rear of the museum.... More details
