Within Ben Cruachan, also known as Hollow Mountain, on the shores of Loch Awe Near Oban is the Cruachan Hydro Electric Power Station.

A power station built one kilometre below ground in what is essentially a hollowed out mountain. A massive cavern contains enormous turbines, which convert the power of water into electricity.
