To travel to Strathclyde by air you have the option of flying to Glasgow International Airport or Glasgow Prestwick Airport. Both have excellent onward transport to the city and rest of Strathclyde.

For cheap flights, the major budget airline, Ryanair, flies into Glasgow Prestwick Airport with further no-frills airlines including Air-Scotland, Globespan and bmibaby also flying to the rest of the UK and Europe.
