Most of our guest rooms have been newly refurbished for 2006 including our brand new four poster en suite room, our single standard and 2 double standard rooms. All rooms are equipped with Freeview TV, tea, coffee and hot chocolate, a hairdryer, a radio alarm clock and fresh towels.
Children aged 8 + are welcome as are your well behaved pets.
The Manor Restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sunday roasts and we can cater for small wakes, parties and functions. Open 7 days a week, we are fully licensed and cater for children and vegetarians.

Getting There
Leaving Junction 9 of the M25 continue on the A24 signposted Leatherhead and Dorking all the way toward the south coast. Just after leaving Findon you will find the 'Grove Lodge Roundabout'. Continue on the A24 toward Worthing town centre. Broadwater Green will be located on your right hand side. Pass through Broadwater shops and you will see St Mary's church on your left hand side. Continue straight ahead for 200 yards and Manor Guest House is located on the left hand side. Turn into Georgia Avenue and turn into the car park on the left hand side.
