Sea Spray Guest House 

Sea Spray Guest House is a large spacious Victorian guesthouse; recently refurbished to a very high standard, situated on Hastings promenade 100 metres west of the pier. A fully non-smoking property, the front of the house has panoramic views of the seafront and the English Channel

All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, hot and cold water, colour TVs, ceiling fans, central heating and double-glazing. All double and twin rooms have en-suite shower room/WC and are large enough to take extra beds/cot by prior arrangement. Single rooms share bathroom.

• There is a BT pay phone and hair dryers/ironing facilities available on request. Children are welcome and a cot and high chair are available if required. There is also a baby listening service by prior arrangement. Sea Spray Guest House is unable to take pets.

Local Area

The B&B is within 5 minutes level walk from all local amenities, the White Rock Theatre, pier and town centre. There are also bowling greens, museums, pubs, restaurants, town centre tourist attractions and two main-line train stations (St Leonards Warrior Square and Hastings) nearby.
