There's lots of mediocre to OK Indian restaurants in Chatham and Medway. Thing is..they all offer the same stuff cooked the same way.
Maks Curry House, however, have a couple of great dishes hidden away in their extensive menu.
They've got an vegetarian Aubergine dish that is spicy and interesting and a similar Courgette offering.
Neither of these things is likely to be high on people's list of regular favourites, but they should be tried. They contribute to making Maks a cut above the local Indian restaurant trade.
