We stayed here in July for a few nights. A lovely comfortable room, beautiful breakfasts and very nice hosts. Whenever I travel to the UK and in the Portsmouth area, I will always go the Upper Mount. It is also amazing value.Well done Upper Mount!

This hotel was a very nice place to spend a long weekend break in, as the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and provide all you need for a relaxing stay and the hotel overall was good. The breakfast was of a good standard with a good choice of hot and cold food. The location was very handy as you are very near Southsea town centre so all local amenities are close by, as well as being ten minutes away from the sea and around twenty minutes from Portsmouth and the Gunwharf Quays.
