Please allow yourself plenty of time to get to the start on the morning of the run, and do take the time to look at a map and work out your route in advance if you are unfamiliar with the city. Why not consider using public transport particularly the trains to avoid race day traffic? Please note that the start time for the BUPA Great South Run is 10.30 a.m.
