Brynamman Public Hall Cinema is situated in the heart of Brynaman, Carmarthenshire and was originally built and funded by 1920s by deducting money from miner’s wages to pay for and run the hall. In 1924 the building of the cinema started with seating for approximately 1,100 people.

  • The cinema started out by showing silent films until the 1930s and now the venue also holds regular live shows and performances. The public hall has continued to grow and kept up with all the modern changes to the film industry.
