Bacheldre Watermill hosts holiday cottages, caravan and camping set in the grounds of an 18th century Watermill. This secluded site, surrounded by streams and farmland, is ideally located for those wishing to explore mid and north Wales, or walk/cycle Offa's Dyke, Lond Mynd, the Stiperstones or Kerry Ridgeway.
Accomodation at the site includes 4 self-contained apartments in an 18th century converted grain store, all attractively decorated and complete with fridge, cooker, microwave oven and TV's. There are also 25 grass pitches, most with electric hook-ups, for camping and caravans, set in the beautiful green grounds of the Watermill.
Getting There
2 miles west of Churstoke on A489 towards Newtown. Turn left signposted "Bacheldre Mill", campsite on right 50 yards.
