Train Stations 

This is a staffed station, just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Tickets and information can be obtained from the booking office.

Regular trains run to Chester in the north and Shrewsbury and Birmingham in the south. Routes include the Borderlands line to Bidston on the Wirral and on to Liverpool. A direct service operates to Birmingham and Cardiff; all other train services involve changes.
