St. Bride’s Bay lies on a particularly attractive stretch of the Pembrokeshire Heritage Coast, and just off the coast are three islands, which are home to colonies of seals and seabirds. St. David’s stands on the northern headland, and was founded by the Patron Saint of Wales in the 6th century, and a tiny cathedral stands in his honour. Yachting enthusiasts should make for the delightful village of Dale, which has a lovely sheltered bay.
