0 reviews | Write a review

Llangloffan Farmhouse Cheese has now been established 28 years, and is a traditional unpasturised full fat hard cheese. The cheese is made by hand using original liquid starter cultures and incorporating the best of traditional methods. Best described as having a rich yet slightly dry, almost crumbly texture that melts in the mouth. The rind texture is stone coloured showing the imprint of the cloth in which it is moulded.

This popular tour allows you to see this award winning cheese being produced and get close to the traditional ways of producing such a fine and natural product. You will be educated on how to correctly look after your cheese and how to serve the cheese to attain optimum flavour at every serving.

During your visit you could drop into the Tides Restaurant – and sample this fine product served with the finest local seafood and produce. Come and visit the Llangloffan Farmhouse Cheese Centre for a perfect day out on the Pembrokeshire coast.
