Based in West Cornwall, Pass school of motoring was established in 1990 by John Devey - a highly skilled Approved Driving Instructor, a member of the D.I.A., and M.S.A. and approved by the D.S.A. We teach one to one in our new small cars with such features: - dual controls, power steering & full air conditioning, creating a fantastic learning experience.
