Saltash & Launceston Travel Guide

At Saltash Isambard Kingdom Brunel’s Royal Albert Bridge over the River Tamar marks the most famous crossing from Devon into Cornwall. The town also boasts one of the country’s finest Queen Anne buildings, Anthony House. The historic market town of Launceston boasts medieval remains and nearby is Jamaica Inn, which featured in Daphne du Maurier’s novel of the same name.
