Polkyth Leisure Centre offers superb fitness facilities including a hydrotherapy pool, outdoor tennis courts, basketball court, sauna and café/bar area.
The hydrotherapy pool is a unique, purpose built facility, offering a specially heated (to 34°C) swimming pool which is available not only to individuals within the community who have a disability, but also to any person who feels they may benefit from its use.
They have 2 squash courts available for use. All have a high level-viewing balcony and are maintained to a very high standard. The gymnasium holds fitness classes every week including circuit training, over 45 training and ladies classes.
