Our first visit with our grand children was in 2006 and we were favourably impressed. So 2007 holidays came and the grand children would like to go back. But I'm afraid I was not so impressed this time. The grand canyon rail run was cut short, there were no wolves to see and the birds of prey were very lacking. We went to the fast food outlet because we promised the children we would. I have to say the place was very clean and could not be faulted on the prompt delivery of the food to table. But why do the young people who take your order have to say"orright" instead of "may/can I take your order". The Dutch family in front of us were totally confused by being asked if they were "alright".
