Kiddicott Farm is set in 50 acres of glorious Devon Countryside. Only 20 minutes to the centre of our Cathedral City of Exeter, 4 minutes to Westpoint Exhibition Centre, beaches and Dartmoor National Park are all within half an hour drive.

Our rooms are very spacious, with private en-suite bath and shower and far reaching country views. Guests have their own dinning room over looking our gardens, with full English breakfasts, including fresh fruit and cereals. Please tell us of any special requirements before you arrive. We are very easy to find, with ample parking.

Getting There

From M5 Junction 30Take A3052 - Signs to Westpoint, Crealy Adventure Park and SidmouthPass St. Bridgets Garden Centre on RightTake next Right into Oil Mill LaneDrive for approx. 4 minutes - over two very small hump-back bridgesTake next LeftDrive to the very end of this lane and bear left into our (very clean!) farm yard.From the M5 to Kiddicott Farm should take no more than 10 to 15 minutes, please phone 01392 879032 if you feel lost.
