Exeter is one place not to miss in Devon. The city has been home to an eventful and interesting history, leaving a wealth of rich sights for visitors.

With the picturesque backdrop of the Exeter Quay, there is more to do than just sightseeing. In fact the many lively pubs and eating spots along the quay will happily lure you in and encourage you to idle the day away!

The coastal area of Exeter is a lovely spot to spend the night. The old fashion charisma and quirky seaside resorts are a bit of fun!

  • Despite being one of the main commercial centres in the area, there is much to see in Exeter, so spend a bit of time exploring. St Peter's Cathedral is the obvious and eye catching place to start. Although many of the ancient centres such as the Rougemont Castle where damaged (many by World War II bombings), enough have survived.
